Digital SLR Digital SLR In the late 1970s, compact cameras that were capable of making images on their own were introduced. Kodak was the one who produced the first digital camera back in 1991 and it was even advanced enough to be used by professionals. Throughout history, photography has greatly changed, as technology has revolutionized. During the 20th century the pace of technology development in cameras and photography continued at an accelerated pace much like many other key technology developments, just like how a digital camera evolved into a DSLR. What is a DSLR? What are its special features, outer appearance and additional accessories? A DSLR is a professional camera that has special features, outer appearance, and additional accessories. One of the special feature of a Digital SLR camera is that they have special sensors that prevent dust from attaching to the cameras sensor which is important because dust on your sensor shows up as black smudges in all your photos. Aperture/Shutter mode is also a special feature for it allows the user to take more control over the image without worrying about exposure. For example changing the shutter speed determines whether that soccer goalie is frozen in mid air or if her hands and feet are blurred. Which is more desirable depends on whether youre trying to show critical detail or convey a sense of motion. Lens aperture determines depth of field in an image. When it comes to outer appearance, people rarely think about what color or how big and bulky their DSLRs are, for as long as it has its great and suitable features, but if you are really asking about the colors, the common colors for DSLRs are black, white, and silver. All DSLRs are larger than the normal camera because it has all this technology compressed into one. Additional accessories would be an advantage in owning a DSLR, for example, you cannot operate or even open a DSLR without its battery. One of the easiest ways to start immediately taking better photos with your camera is to start implementing the use of different lenses for different situations. For example, you will want to get a good high quality macro lens which will allow you to take very detailed pictures of small things or portions of things such as tree bark or skin pores. A macro lens is the one you want to do those close up in detail photos. A zoom lens on the other hand is the opposite of a macro lens, it lets you zoom in on things that are far or very far away. This is great for people taking photographs of animals in nature. In addition to lenses, you can use filters to enhance your photography and keep your camera protected from the elements at the same time. An example of a filter is a warming filter, a warming filter is a filter that naturally warm skin tones and colo rs in your photographs to give them a more polished and professional appearance. An advantage of a DSLR is its Image quality that it produces, for it is higher than most digital cameras. The most significant performance advantage of a DSLR is in terms of speed. Focusing speed is important when capturing a moving subject. The faster a camera can focus, the faster it will take a picture. I recommend people to select their DSLRs according to what they are going to use the camera for, for example for people, for professional pictures, or for just vacation photos. How to reduce student stress(time, environment) Essay

Manage time wisely Student feeling stress when they are no enough time to do their work. Student always like to do the last minute work, because they didn’t plan well for their time. And also student lazy to do their job early, they feel that they can finish at the end, but when the due date was come, they have to rush and finish the job in the limited time. Most of the last minute job was not as good as the job start early. Few ways that student can do to manage their time well, example like create their own timetable Most of the students always forget what they have to do because they didn’t plan at all. Student should create their own timetable to arrange their time, example like week to start to do the assignment, make sure they have enough time to complete the job well before the due date; time to start study for their exam, if student got enough time to prepare for their exam, they can gain a more good result. Result also one of the reason cause student stress, all the source of str ess was related if student did not handle well. Besides that, student should jot down the list to do of the day. Example like what homework that lecturer given, or others important task should be finish, so they won’t miss out the important things. With the list to do, student can clearly know that what they going to do and can evaluate how they spending the time. Of course, while the time was arrange properly, student will found that they have a lot of time to do other things after they finish they tasks and work; they can arrange for others activity to take a break, example like sport activity they like, club society activity, have a high tea with friends, shopping, movie and so on. Always plan well, work hard to play harder, and must have appropriate time for rest, then the stress will far away from them. Create a good study environment A proper and comfortable environment to study is very important to student; it can influence student mood and motivation to study. If student be in a place was noisy and rowdy they will hard to focus and will feel annoying and irritating at the moment. The irritating emotion will also cause stress to student. Some factors will influence the comfortable of environment, example like noise, music, lighting, and temperature. For sure a quite place is suitable for study, some of the people need a totally quite environment to  study, but some people prefer have some music. The soft music can reconcile the mood of student and let them feel relax or not too tension. The lighting was also important to create a good environment to study, too harsh bright light was no suitable but too soft light will cause student feel sleepy. The lightness should in a moderate level to create the most suitable environment. Lastly the temperature, too hot or too cold both can make people feel uncomfortable. Some place was recommended as comfortable environment to study, the library, a peaceful coffee shop, bedroom, and a draughty balcony. People also can influence a comfortable study environment. Some students prefer a group study than individual, because they feel lonely and can’t stand off being alone, they need others friends accompany and they can have a discussion with friends when they have any question. And also friends can help student to share their stress when they feel pressure. The band is a relatively small and loosely organized kin-ordered group that inhabits a common territory and that may split periodically into smaller extended family groups that are politically and economically independent. Band is a form of anthropological political system noted for its simplicity. According to common anthropological knowledge, a band usually consists of not more than 30-50 individuals. Bands display an egalitarian form of authority which advocates equality among members and the eradication of hindrances to the doctrine of equality. However, bands often exhibit a weak form of leadership due to the non-existent of rules and written laws the support their leaders. Tribes are loosely-structured anthropological political systems composed of families and other communities which are based solely on kinship. Tribes are the most basic and primitive form of political system. In tribal societies, the elders and the heads of the families are often the ones who lead the tribe. They are usually the ones who are sought for advice and guidance. The main difference between a band and a tribe is the size of the community. Tribes are defined as bigger forms of bands. Chiefdom is a form of anthropological political system that is more complex than both the band and the tribe. A chiefdom, according to common anthropological knowledge is composed of a number of villages under the control of one individual called as â€Å"chief. â€Å" Unlike the headman or headwoman in bands and tribes, the leader of a chiefdom is generally a true authority figure, whose right to make final decisions, give commands, and enforce obedience serves to unite members in all affairs and at all times. Anthropologist, however, argued that such form of anthropological political system is very stable. According to experts, this kind of socio-political organization tends to be prone to a cycle of monumental collapse. In anthropology, the state is a political institution established to manage and defend a complex, socially stratified society occupying a defined territory. A state greatly differs from a band, tribe and chiefdom because of its developed nature. Unlike the other three primitive systems, a state is governed by rules and laws which generates from a just law-making body. States are the governing bodies of nations where sovereignty resides. In order to be recognized as a state, an anthropological political system must meet the four requirements of having a permanent population, a defined territory, a government and the capacity to enter relations with other states.

Feedback of Mock Interview at the Employment Support Centre, Algonquin College Preparation is vital for a successful job interview and getting a dream job. Mock interview is one of the best ways to get prepared for a real employment interview. This mock interview was conducted on the 27th of January, 2015 at the Employment Support Centre of Algonquin College. The sample interview questions are structured into four major sections, which are introductory, behavioural, problem/situational and technical questions.
